This 3 bedroom/3 bath custom built home is 2715 square feet and is located on Skidder Trail in Northstar. The downstairs has two bedrooms each with Queen bed and TV/DVD. The master bedroom is upstairs with a Kings bed TV/VCR and jacuzzi tub. There is a beautiful white river rock fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing in the winter. As with all of our Northstar properties, the recreation center and free shuttle access is included. This home has a new 42 inch high definition flat screen tv with CD/DVD/VCR and surround sound. Free wireless internet available. There are 2 decks, one with views of Mt. Pluto.

Northstar-at-Tahoe is the most complete summer and winter destination resort located in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Winter activities at Northstar include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops, and licensed day care. In the winter the recreation center offers the spa, Jacuzzi, game room, gym, lap pool, and library.

Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis day and night, tennis pro available for lessons, rolling skating, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top, and equestrian center with great trails for horse back riding. Lap pool and junior Olympic-size swimming pool, kids camp, play area, gym, and game room all within the recreation center.

You are only six miles from Lake Tahoe where you can find boating, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, shopping, and sightseeing activities.
