Northstar-at-Tahoe is the most complete summer and winter destination resort located in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains. Sierra Vacations offers a range of properties available at Northstar from Luxury private home accommodations to ski in/ski out one-bedroom condominiums. We have a minimum stay of two nights. All rentals include departure cleaning, wood burning or gas fireplaces, and access to the recreation center, including spa, tennis, swimming, gym & game room. Winter activities at Northstar include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops and licensed day care. In the winter the recreation center offers the spa, Jacuzzi, game room, gym, lap pool and library. Summer activities include a champion 18 hole golf course and golf pro, tennis day and night, tennis pro available for lessons, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top, equestrian center with great trails for horse back riding. Lap pool and junior Olympic size swimming pool, kids camp, play area, gym and game room all within the recreation center. Restaurants, deli, farmers market on weekends and scheduled entertainment are all available in the village during the summer. You are only 6 miles from Lake Tahoe where you can find boating, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, shopping and sightseeing activities.
